FAQ's

  1. How do I make an appointment?
    If you want to have a custom dress made, contact Gerrit directly on Whatsapp 0829264182 Send your inspiration, function, date and name on Whatsapp for our estimated quote. He will reply within 12 hours, please be direct in your request, no long chats or voice notes! If you want more information on our exclusive Rentals contact Thembi via WhatsApp on 0827476095.

  2. Can I rent a dress without trying it on?

    It is very risky and from experience we don't offer that service. You can only rent a dress after you have personally fitted the dress and style fits you perfectly.

  3. Do you alter rental dresses?
    Yes, we do small alterations according to your size , but then you need to come into the store at least a week before your special occasion.

  4. How long can I keep the dress for?
    You will pick-up the dress in the store 2 days before your function.The pickup date will also be indicated . On late returns you will be penalized/charged a daily late fee.

  5. What happens if I change my mind or can't attend the function anymore?

    You will not receive any Cashback, but credit is available.

  6. Can I choose a dress on the day of my function?
    It is not advisable as we need time to check and do the alterations. Normally we need at least 4 days depending on workload and time of the year.

  7. Do I need to try on my dress on pickup?

    Only if there were alterations as to ensure the fit is perfect and you're another satisfied customer.

  8. Can I send someone to pickup my dress?
    Only if there were no alterations with your invoice or atleast a picture of the dress.

  9. Do I need to clean the dress after wearing it?
    We hand clean the dresses ourselves on return.
